Evolvia ehf. offers for the second time the conference “Tomorrow’s Leadership”. The theme has been getting entrepreneurs and Leader from different sources to share their experience and wisdom. Let’s create the future together.

The key speaker Vikki Brock PhD, EMBA, MCC will speak about: Neuroscience and Coaching: The impact of Coaching on an Individual’s Three Brains.

Dr. Brock is a master coach, author and international speaker who brings more than twenty years’ experience as an organizational leader to her work.

Dr. Brock is the author of Sourcebook of Coaching History; speaks internationally and is regularly published in professional coaching magazines.

Actively involved with governance, accreditation, and credentialing of coaching with the International Coach Federation (ICF) since its inception in 1996.

Vikki lives her Active Legacy® aboard her boat mored in Ventura Harbor, an hour north of Los Angeles, California.

CONTENT OF LECTURE/WORKSHOP
Recent scientific research has caught up with what we already knew: we humans have three brains.  Dr. Vikki Brock will share with you the theory and practice of the relationship and competencies of the three brains, and what this means to you as a coach and human being.  You will participate in an exercise to determine if you have an over reliance on one of your brains.

Join Vikki for this fun interactive session from which you will leave with practical tools to access your three brains and those of others.
