The Iceland Symphony Orchestra’s Family Concert on Culture Night gives young audiences of all ages a chance to sample the varied, entertaining works to be performed on the family subscription series Litli tónsprotinn during the upcoming season. In addition to new musical adventures such as Maximus Musicus and The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me, performances will include excerpts from the Toy Symphony and some other old favourites.
Brynhildur Guðjónsdóttir leads the audience through the world of symphonic music, with conductor Bjarni Frímann Bjarnason at the podium.
Admission is free. Tickets to the concerts are available at Harpa Ticket Office from 11:00 am on concert day.
