Þessi viðburður er liðinn
The festival, which is one of the oldest music festivals in Iceland, was founded in 1980 by the Society of Icelandic Composers as a platform for Icelandic composers to present their work. Today the festival’s focus is on performing and getting to know new music with an emphasis on new Icelandic compositions and performers in addition to international artists. The next Dark Music Days will be held on 26 – 28 January 2017.
